Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached, returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, and beauty/skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
• How to start a return: Email support@ztrendsly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Exchanges: For a different size or color, place a new order and return the original for a refund.
